Repair of small tears in wall paper / paint. I have taken down a few pictures that were held up by adhesive sticky tape. It has ripped the paint and left some small rips. I move out of the apartment this weekend so need them repairing asap before a bond clean. Thanks in advance

Seal concrete slabs - one at 7 x 4m - one at 7 x 6m - one at 1.3 x 18m Light acid wash first one morning. Come back next day after it has dried and apply 2 coats of penetrative sealer. I will supply the acid wash, sealer product, and painters tape. All other tools, rollers, brush, pressure cleaner you'll need to supply.

I need two holes in the walls repaired at my home in East Brisbane 4169. The work must be finished to a standard ready for painting. I require a painter to complete two jobs that were started (by my x). A curtain rail fell off the wall. Holes have been patched and sanded a number of times and I believe the area is ready to be painted and curtain rail reinstalled. I have another hole in the wall that has been patched and sanded. I also believe this wall is ready for painting. I would like this small wall to be repainted in total. I also require the curtain rail to be installed on the wall again. I have purchased the top coat paint but do not know if undercoat is required. The walls are the same colour (builders white I think). - Due date: Flexible
