hole is 750mm x 520mm, it previously housed a wall to wall AC. Wall has been bricked up and rendered, just needs plaster and sanding once plaster is dry. no painting required.

Need someone to fix and paint the window sills and the wood around the windows on 1st floor windows for 2 bedrooms.

Need a deck approx 3m * 3m plus hot water enclosure sealed and outdoor furniture stained.

Need hole in wall to be patch and plastered. I’m ok to paint myself. I still have the pieces of plaster. It’s around 1m down and 30cm across.

We have recently had windows repaired and they need to be painted in the areas that were replaced (sanded and painted to match). There are a total of 10 window sashes. We are on the ground floor but a short ladder will still be necessary to reach the top of the windows from the path. Painting is required on the outside only and for the repaired sashes/windows.
