Pasta repair/ paint to be done

For cleaning merbau decking with high pressure gurney. Lightly sanding and oiling decking with 2 coats of Sikkens slip resistant decking oil. 30 sq metres deck in back yard. Power available and you need to supply own equipment.

I need some coat hooks taken off the wall, and the holes filled and then some 3 small sets of holes from 3M claws, so they are not visible anymore (leaving rental) for my bond back.

Need full cailulking done to 3 bathrooms and laundry and kitchen benchtop. Photos attached. Colour is white

We have just had two new primed internal doors installed. They are primed and ready to be painted. The architraves also need to be painted, but need a significant amount of filling, sanding etc to get them ready. The doors have replaced exisiting internal doors, however we have flipped the side of the hinges, so you can see from the photos there's a bit of work to fill and sand before painting.

We are looking for a plasterer to finish a semi complete job. Job details are: Kitchen, Bathroom & Ensuite - all have been sheeted and first undercoat completed. I want all rooms brought to final stage ready for painting. Kitchen Ceiling - Replace small section of kitchen ceiling (removed in Demo) approx 3.6m x .3m & 2.3m x .3m Kitchen Cornice - Install Victorian cornice to kitchen ceiling to match existing profile. I have 3 lengths of 4.2mtrs on site. You will need to supply Top coat and Adhesive etc... Please see images.

Just laid deck with the existing and new planks of Merbu. It is 16 Square meters. Needs to be sanded and double stained with Intergrain Ultra Deck Merbu Stain.

Clean/prepare and then seal the deck. It is 4.5metres x 4metres including some steps. I have the product (Aquadeck oil) for sealing just not the applicator brush and chemical cleaner required. It doesn't need sanding.
