It's 3m x 1.8m and there are tiles halfway up the wall. It's to have the walls and ceiling painted. It had some mould so will need to be stripped. The place is in Fitzgibbon. I'm pricing based on the median listed here. Any fair price will be considered. I don't have the paint so either I can get that or you can charge me for it in addition (let me know what would work). I have one pic of the mould before it was cleaned (it's been well washed now, but some staining remains).
