Find an experienced local painter in Freshwater NSW

I have a small wardrobe that I would like to paint. The item has been thoroughly cleaned with sugar soap. Paint is purchased (duck egg blue), and I have roller, paintbrush, tarp. Will likely still need some masking tape. Ideally looking to get someone that is an experienced painter. This will ensure speed and ease. Freshwater location.

Need a Gyprocker to patch 6 holes around downpipes. The downpipes are running through fc eaves. Need to use external grade James Hardie materials or the like.

Painting a 2 bedroom apartment in Freshwater. Internal size 83 sqm. Would like walls, ceiling and doors painted. Paint will be provided. Painters will need to provide everything else - brushes, floor protection, etc. Apartment will be empty (no furniture). The job will need to be completed on the 14th and 15th August.

Scrape, sand, and repaint bathroom ceiling. (Paint provided). Repaint bathroom door. Change bathroom ceiling light fixture.

The batons need a light sand to make them more even and remove the last of the stain to allow them to fully grey!
