The job includes: - Clean the fences before painting (remove cobwebs and debris). - Protect adjoining areas during the painting process to avoid spread or drips. - Paint boundary fences (approx. 74m total) using Dulux Weathershield in Monument or an equivalent color-matched paint. - Supply all paint and equipment required for the job. Details: - The two boundary fences are each approximately 37m long each. - Job needs to be completed professionally with attention to detail. - Prefer job to be complete by Thursday 19th December. Sand and re polish wooden table

I have approx 30 sq2 meter of brickwork that needs to be rendered to vivid white colour. There is existing brickwork with colour to match to. Please see attached photos.

Removal of wall paper from one bedroom in preparation for painting. Wallpaper also extends into window space. Walls are double brick and paper looks decades old. Room size is 4.2m long x 3.9 m wide x 3 m high. Old wallpaper must be completely removed in order to paint over walls. Professional help would be much appreciated.

Hi, we’re having blinds installed in this outdoor room but first need to paint four posts that are currently grey - Dulux Natural White in a low sheen and repaint the white interior beams running along the edge of 3 sides of the outdoor room, in Dulux Natural White. Hi all, I need a handyman/painter to do some improvements on my house. 1) Scrape back plaster, refill sand and repaint (8m x 1.5m) 2) Paint the alleyway floor (8m x 1m) 3) Toilet door, peephole to be removed and whole door to be repainted 4) Door on tracks needs repainting and is also not working, track needs to replaced or repaired 5) Gate needs to be place next ontop of the steps in the alleyway and painted 6) Brick walls outside the toilet need to be painted (wall one 3m x 1.2 and wall two 2.5mx2.1) 7) Ceiling above this section has water damage, the blockage has been fixed but the cileing needs to be sanded and repainted 8) Paint 2 internal doors to the same gloss creame colour as the architraves (light creame) 7) Replace the lock and handle on both these doors 6) Fill in, sand and touch up all the cracks in the wall which is only in 2 bedrooms 7) The wall in the stairs has peeling paint, this need to be scraped and repainted (3.3m long) 8) Internal door needs to be removed, the opneing famed, plastered and stopped up and then painted. Skirting to be installed to match the room. 9) Section under the stairs needs to have the architrave replaced and the wall and architrave repainted 10) Outside security door needs to be removed, wholes patched up and the frame painted. 11) The staircase handrail needs to be repainted with gloss paint 12) Remove rubbish from the balcony, wash and then and seal balcony. 1-2 tiles are loose which need to be re-glued to the wall. 13) Bedroom wall needs to be scraped back to remove the painting and then repainted (3.6m x 2m) 14) The aircon piped going into the wall and architrave needs to be filled up with gap filler and painted. 15) WIR skirting needs to be painted and then other side internal needs to be painted. 16) overall another 4-5 spots where the architraves needs to be touched up. 17) Entry door in the alley needs to be cut at the bottom as it’s touching the ground. Only paint, gate and locks will be provided.

I got a cheap paint job done in my bathroom a few years ago and the paint is starting to crack and mould especially around the shower as the area is poorly ventilated. Need someone to strip the cracked paint and apply a sturdy solution. Really looking for a proper fix not a paint over.
