Option for aluminium/metal battens if available. 70x25mm timber battens = estimated 25m length total requires replacement. Finish: weather-resistant exterior paint; 3-coats. 3. Repaint existing glazed balustrade steel posts on the upper floor deck - old paint is flacking off from steel posts (2m high post - 2 off; 1m high post - 3 off). Finish: weather-resistant exterior paint; 3-coats.

We require a professional painter to paint & seal bedroom ceiling 4x3.3sq mtrs. Room is empty Paint will be supplied
