I have been tasked by my buildings owners corporation to get quotes for painting our buildings common areas (stairway and 3 storage rooms/laundries). We have a 9 unit, 3 storey brick apartment building in hawthorn east. Tasks required in the common areas include: - Painting of all walls and ceilings, suspect builders white paint - water based paint. At least 2-3 coats - painting of stair rail - enamel paint - painting of all window frames (5 estimated) - painting of front door (enamel paint) and front window frame (inside and outside). -painting of each unit and storage room front doors (12 doors) - enamel paint. We will have a seperate initiative to remove and replace the common area carpet/flooring after the painting. There will will be no need to be overly concerned about protecting the stairway floor. Our owners corporation has a limited budget, so this we will be looking for bang for buck. Please let me know if you have any questions. ***NOTE: - Anticipated that these works will take place in a few weeks time. — Once I have established preferred bidder, I will need to meet with owners corporation for approval to commence works. - bidders expected to supply mid range quality paint as part of quote.

Touch up/maintance painting in a high end cowering space

The exterior fence and a small part of brick fence need painting.I have the paint. The exterior front door surround needs a paint as do several timber panels on exterior of garage.

Front picket fence and gate. I have the paint and brushes. Need 1 coat only. Approx 6 metre length. Need careful painting around gate lock. A quick clean. Ok to spray but careful overspray.
