Need a painter to sand back & patch ceiling & repaint along with a couple of other sections around new laid tiles

Plastering and painting a patch of ceiling where lights have been removed. I can provide plaster and paint. And ladder. Bed will need to be moved.

Paint decking 50sqm total. Two coats. Decking will be pressured hose prior and rotten wood replaced. As already pre painted no staining needed

Timber back door, windows and weatherboards are rotting due to weather exposure. Not sure if it can be saved but hoping there’s a creative chippy/handyman/woman out there willing to give it a go. Paint will need to be colour matched and sourced for the job.
