Find an experienced local painter in Hawthorne

Looking for an experienced painter to paint our bathroom floor tiles. Paint will be provided but please let us know what else we need to purchase to make the paint work for a bathroom floor. - Due date: Before Friday, 3 February 2023

Paint a bathroom including architraves, ceiling and walls All plaster is new so will require priming. There is about 20-25m2 of wall to be painted and 8m2 ceiling Flexible on timing although would prefer to have it done in the next week or so - Due date: Flexible

Repair damaged section on exterior deck ceiling caused by a roof leak that was repaired months ago (so area is dry). Also need a section of cornice (provided) refitted and associated caulking to cornice area. Matched painting of area preferred but not essential.

Should be a really easy job. We had some light plastering done last month, and we need the plastered areas to be painted. Small spots on the ceiling, with general touch up/sanding needed. Areas where split systems used to be. Some areas around ceiling fans. Shouldn't take more than an hour to two hours all up.

We have a mould problem in a large room upstairs. There is definitely mould in the corner of the ceiling (and over the window below this) and then in the same room there is a light spattering of mould on the other walls. We need someone to kill and remove the mould. Thanks! - Due date: Flexible

After reaping water leak I need the ceiling repainted. Area is 7.75m x 7.75m. Will need wash down before painting. I will supply paint but will need indication of how much is needed. I have a ladder but other equipment will need to be supplied.

Require a plasterer to patch and paint small indentation in white wall. Photos provided. Can be done this afternoon or anytime tomorrow.

Paint second coat of 3 walls of shed.. first coat has been done. Have 10L of white paint and brushes and small roller. I am repainting floor so no worries about laying a tarp down. Probably take about 2 hrs as that is what first coat took (maybe a little less). Hawthorne

We require someone to render a low level block wall ASAP before it gets painted white, 22 SQM in total. - Due date: Flexible

Have 4 wall holes from a tv bracket that needs to be plastered and painted. Also have around 8-10 holes which have been filled, but need to be sanded back and painted. You'll need to get paint match. There is also double sided tape which housed old cabling which will need to come off, as well as the patch below it repaired.
