Quick patch of two spots on walls per pictures. We have paint.

Repair damaged section on exterior deck ceiling caused by a roof leak that was repaired months ago (so area is dry). Also need a section of cornice (provided) refitted and associated caulking to cornice area. Matched painting of area preferred but not essential.

Patch a little hole in the wall and repaint the area. It needs the plaster or the filler. The paint will be provided.

Paint this room I will supply all paint but I know little about brushes and rollers. Dimensions are about 6 meters long, about 2 meters wide, and about 3 meters high. Ceiling is to be painted too

The front of the house as a front door entrance (with glass panels either side) and 2 bifold doors that are painted in a white exterior paint. They are all affected by weather and a dry mould, and need to be sanded back to a reasonable level before repairing the both color matched, mound resistant exterior paint. All white shown in photos is to be included. Door hardware to be removed prior to painting and replaced afterwards. Interior of doors do not need painting. High quality job expected!

I need my two bedroom unit repainted please. Includes kitchen, dining room, lounge room, bathroom, hallway and separate toilet. Also need all doors done please, which is 4 interior doors and the back of the front door. Paint is in pretty good condition just aged in colour. Has cornices and skirting boards requiring paint also.

Plasterer has patched holes in the walls in some areas for 2 houses, we need help with sanding by hand. Image is an example of a patch, some are smaller. Not the whole house, just select areas. Must provide own torch to check work, we can provide sanding tools. Previous experience will be preferred. Easy light work. Start 7:30am this Saturday for 8 hours When sanding done, help the plasterer pick up rubbish around the site. Ongoing work for the right person - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 20 January 2024
