Painting a studio apartment. With 3m high ceilings. Place is currently empty

walls originally white and then painted with two layers of domino black. Needs to go back to WHITE throughout. Ceilings do not need to be done. Just the three walls. The clinic will have no equipment in there and will already be cleaned by that point so just need the painting to be done to bring it back to its original state. Likely a day job. Note that there are some bubbling from heat on one of the walls which would require some scraping to bring it back to a smooth surface so as to paint over effectively.

As a result of this installation, we now require professional services to patch and repair the gyprock ceiling where the opening has been made. Painting the gyprock is required. In the image you will see the patch in the cieling which is covered by plywood. Location: Potts Point - There is no parking inside the building. The place to park would be on Macleay Street. Outside the building. 1:00pm is a good time for parking.

Patch stracthes in a wall by paint or whatever means necessary so that that scratch is camouflaged and blended in with the rest of the wall.

I’m moving out of current rental apartment. I had picture hoooks put in and I need them to be removed and for holes to be touched up and maybe a but of paint. There are 16 hooks that need to be removed. Between now and early August. Be good to see that you have done this before

A smoke detector in our restaurant is being relocated on Wednesday, which will leave an approx 40mm hole in the ceiling above the fan (see photo 1, circled). The task is that we need a gyprocker to attend to fill this hole and paint it, THURSDAY MORNING 8.30AM. I have the paint and paint roller/brush. We have a second similar existing hole in the ceiling (see photo 2, circled) that we also need gyprocked and painted. I have the paint and paint roller/brush. You will need to bring a ladder as the ceiling is 3.2m high. I'll be on site to give access any time from 8.30AM THURSDAY. We want to start need everything early so we can finish well before the restaurant staff arrive around 1pm.
