I need a plasterer to plaster over a rendered wall. There are few places that need smooth plastering so it is paint ready. I can pay a daily rate. I think it is 4-5 hours job.

I need the small front entrance to my property sanded back and stained in a uniform colour. It is about 7 steps and a small landing platform. I’ll need the whole entrance done which you can see in the photos.

I need to fill the horizontal brick gaps to match the vertical joins on the front of the house only. It will be painted afterwards.

We need repaint 3 walls and 1 ceiling ( single coat is fine) just to cover for ripped and falling off old paint - 3 to 4 hrs job for 1 person.

Fix and paint small patch on wall as in the picture. Note: I don’t have the paint, that would need to be matched for the wall to appear seemless, might need to inspect first.

As shown in the picture, adhesive to be removed from the patches without breaking anymore paint. Paint doesn’t need to be fixed. Only the adhesive needs to be removed without making further damages.
