Our bathroom ceiling is very moldy to the point where some of the paint is starting to split/peal off. We need it re-done. I'm not a pro, but it might have to be stripped and re-painted. The bathroom ceiling is approximately 5 square metres and the cornices need to be done too. The colour at the moment is some sort of beige, but we'd like it to be completely white. Also, the paint should be a special bathroom ceiling paint so it will help with mold management. - Due date: Flexible

I have a painting job for my unit, Dulux paint for all walls and ceilings. 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and laundry. We have removed a wall and installed a ceiling. We need to patch up ceiling at few places, box around the beam and replace cornice with a standard cornice in living, kitchen and hallway. The total length of the cornice is around 45 meters.

We have a very small settling crack that runs the width of our living room. Maybe 3 metres long. I have tried to fill it myself but failed ( I’m an amateur). You can see by the pics I didn’t sand it down as crack is still visible.

Hi, A while back some tape was applied to suspend some lights on the ceiling. Unfortunately, where the tape was applied left marks on the ceiling. I would like to avoid the need to paint the whole ceiling and only paint the spots. There are about 15 of them as shown in the photos and the task would consist of identifying the right color of the ceiling and painting these spots with the same color. If the correct ceiling color can be identified (it is some shade of white), it should be a straightforward task. Usama

As shown in the picture, adhesive to be removed from the patches without breaking anymore paint. Paint doesn’t need to be fixed. Only the adhesive needs to be removed without making further damages.

There are some mould in the corner of walls in 2 bed room, 1 lounge room and toilet ceiling. As shown on the pictures Very small areas. Need to get rid of the black spots. And end of lease cleaning required for 2 bedroom, toilet, lounge, kitchen and laundry.

We have holes in our walls from putting TV cables through and hanging shelves/mirrors on the wall. We were leasing so we now need to patch everything and paint. The landlord says we can't paint just the part where we've patched, but rather the entire wall. I'm looking for someone to remove the nails, tv mounts etc off the wall, and patch and paint. The 7 walls that would need to be painted as a result are: - 3.2m wide x 2.7m high - 6.4m x 2.7m - 1.8m x 2.7m - 1.8m x 2.7m - 2.4m x 2.4m - 2.4m x 2.4m - 1.17m x 2.4 If we find there are marks on other walls that will be difficult to clean there might be 1 or 2 more walls. We've taken the desk off and taken the screws off the frame but I can't pull it off the wall (see photo). Maybe they've used glue? Part of the job will be removing these, and if it damages the wall when removing then we need to repair the wall before painting. I need to give the apartment back to the landlord in its original condition.

There is a line under bulkhead on a wall where paint came off due to a party wall paper sticked on and paint came off when removing the wallpaper.

Paint touch up for walls, small area, just need to make sure won't be charged for bond refunding. I don't have the paint. I sticked a small hook on the wall, the paint broken when I tried to take down the hook-_- The size shows as picture 2.

We’re preparing the house for the painters. [1] Kitchen See Photo 1 and Photo 2. Kitchen cabinets will cover from 900 downwards (the purple line). But from 900 upwards it needs to be perfect so we need to sand it. Most of the holes here are for GPOs but there are 3 or 4 that need to be patched too. We’ve just demolished our kitchen including wall tiles which have left holes in the wall. We need to repair the walls and prepare for painters to come through. The new kitchen cabinets cover everything from the purple line downwards, so the wall below the purple line needs to be patched but doesn’t have to be perfect. It will be covered anyway. The wall above the purple line does need to be perfect for the painters.
