We need a painter to finish off the outside of our house, carport and picket fence. We had someone ( Anthony Dawson) who started the job for us and we paid 50% upfront before starting the job. He only got through a quarter of the job and never showed up to continue with it. We would like the rest of the house, carport and picked fence painted ASAP.
