1m wide x 2.7m high wall poorly painted (touched up) originally by builder. Need wall repainted to blend in to the rest of the house. Wall marked x in photo, doesn’t look too bad in photo but noticeable up close.

Paint side fence, gate, garden bed render and render along edge of pool and alfresco tiling. One side of fence (including capping) and one side of gate, approximately 16mx1.8m, in two section, mostly lapped and capped. Garden bed render to be painted on front and top edges, approx 24mx0.3m. Patio and pool render one edge only, approx 8mx0.2m and 16mx0.05m. Need 2 coats to all surfaces. We will supply paint, drop sheets and brushes, spraying not an option. Preparing for sale so need extra care taken not to damage plants or get paint on plants and as little as possible on grass. Price negotiable.

The underside of the deck could do with a coat or 2 of paint. Want it painted white. Has to be a roller and brush. Spray painting would damage the deck above. Area is approx 20 metres by 4.5 meters

Two garage sliding doors have had new locks fitted and need to be re-painted due to paint issues resulting from the installation. One large wall in the living room has had a TV bracket removed and patched, which needs rectification and painting. Both doors and the wall are likely to need a roller job for the whole surface area, meaning the doors will probably need to be removed. Paint will need to be matched and probably supplied.

I have a built-in letterbox that the black powder coated has faded. I need the parts black on the front and back of the letterbox sanded, prepared, (including carefully masked the surfaces and wall render not to be painted), undercoated and painted matt-black. Recently replaced ceiling and cornice in single car garage and now needs painting. Approx 6.5m x 3.5m. Paint supplied. Under and first coat already done.

The moulding (approx 1m in length) has come away from our ceiling in our walk in robe. We got a new allumium roof recently and due to the removal of heavy terracotta tiles part of the moulding between our ceiling and wall has “released” and come away from the ceiling. It is just in our walk in robe. We have high ceilings (approx 4m) and simply need someone to come and affix it as you can see up into our roof cavity.
