at the moment the ground floor is on hardwood timber, over the years, paint comes off, and scratch, etc, need to refresh and repaint, total area about 39.5 square metres. the floor will be empty.

There is hole cut out from the wall and screw from TV unit required patching and painting. I have matching paint available. There is a spot in the hall way has paint come off, require sanding and repainting. This has to be done and complete within same day.
