There are three walls where I need cracks filled. In two are very straight forward. Filler and sanding needed. The third site there is plaster falling away so that will need to be removed before the fillet put in. I suspected water damage but after an inspection it confirmed there is none, it's just the old plaster sagging and coming away. No painting needed. - Due date: Before Friday, 9 June 2023

We have undercoated 3 rooms and a tiny corner with low ceilings. We need help to apply 2 top coats of white paint on all walls and ceilings. We have materials. Must be all done tomorrow (Sunday 21st may). Painter will need to cut edges and roll on paint on walls including door frames. There are no floors. There are only skirting boards in one room on the bottom. Floors installed 7am Monday morning so task needs to be completed by tomorrow (Sunday 21st). On room is a reception entrance. The other 2 are small offices. One a little bigger than the other. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 21 May 2023
