I require an empty apartment (vacant no furniture) to have walls and trims painted. There should be approx 4-6 screw holes to fill, no large holes. The ceiling is covered in spraytan residue even though have filters so needs to be firstly cleaned off then painted in dark grey paint (I have the paint)

Deck, seat and steps clean with pressure washer after applying deck wash, light sand some lightly moulded areas and apply two coats on integrain deck oil. This is a small deck, seat and 3-4 steps. Most is in very good condition, only a few boards need a light sand to remove mould. Oil and deck wash are supplied. Tasker to bring their own pressure washer and oil applicator. Need someone experienced and knowledgeable. Area less than 20sqm. Must be reliable and punctual and able to liaise with my elderly mother.

Need to wash, minor fill, Prime, Paint (2 Colours) a picket fence for a client. Approximately 22LM in length and averaging 1.5m in height. All hardware will be removed beforehand by the client.
