Steam damage has led to paint cracking/peeling in bathroom and windowsills. There are 5-6 windows with similar damage across 2 rooms. Need a quote on repairing and repainting. Bathroom is maybe 3x3 There are also patchy paint damage throughout the house, but should be the same paint colour used as with the bathroom, and would be good to touch these up too. I require an empty apartment (vacant no furniture) to have walls and trims painted. There should be approx 4-6 screw holes to fill, no large holes. No ceiling painting required, no painting required in bathrooms or laundry. I have the name of the Dulux paint shade to match current colour. The ceiling is covered in spraytan residue even though have filters so needs to be firstly cleaned off then painted in dark grey paint (I have the paint)

Include your airtasker fees and bring a good attitude. This is for a client of ours, so please be professional.
