Hi - I have some doors and windows that need painting. There is a day’s work involved. House is going on the market so need it done within the next week. I have the paint. I have put the date of next Wednesday 3rd November but it can be done any time before that.

We have patched a few dings on our wall that need to be sanded, and had a few cornices repaired. We also had a roof leak on an outdoor ceiling that needs to have now dry water damage painted over. I think there is less than a day’s work, but happy to pay $50 a working hour. Have paint for walls and THINK I have the right white ceiling paint, but the latter might be to possibly be provided (it’s not a huge space)

Date flexible Kurrajong area sand and stain existing and solid timber railing surrounding deck area approx 2 days work. Experienced tradespeople/carpenters/handypersons only
