I have two bathroom ceilings that need painting as well as 1 small full bathroom painted. 2 small window also required painting in the bathrooms as well as touch ups on door frames.

I need 2 pieces of furniture sanded so that I can repaint / revarnish

Internal stair case needs sanding back. Detail in wood making it tricky. Price negotiable

I have removed some photos and light furniture from the wall and there are 5 small holes (approx 12mm diameter) that need to be patched. I can paint them just need the plastering

Door needs sanding and painting due to wooden kids letters being superglued to the door and difficulty removing. Photo attached.

I need these cupboard doors painted white (on the outside only), but they are above the staircase. We have put internal stairs in so most of them are no longer reachable.

Door is primed - needs to be sanded and painted with white exterior paint. You will need to provide paint.

I have a stairwell that I want to paint the stair wall stringers (colour white). There are 4 wall stringers to paint. It is only the wall stringers I need painted as the risers and treads are being laid over with a hybrid flooring. I will supply the paint.

I need to paint the skirting boards on the ground floor of my house and would like the gaps filled. It would take somebody skilled a couple of hours but me it would take a day with clean up. I have attached photos of some of the areas to give you an idea. of the job. I will supply the call/gap filler.

The house is a rental. The walls are in good condition but need to be cleaned from ceiling height to skirting boards. It is a four bedroom and two bathroom house. It will require someone who is fit and energetic with an eye for detail.

Need painting of freshly finished roof in kitchen and bathroom- these have been sanded ready for painting. Then also need bathroom walls painted which are existing- will need prep and paint.

We are in the process of sanding and varnishing our deck. We are time poor however so need the main part sanded before we varnish it. We have alrwady done the sides, stairs and balustrades. We just need to sanding, not the varnishing. Would like to preferably get it done Dec 15 as my husband is away and I want to suprise him. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 15 December 2023

2 bedrooms require 2 PowerPoints installed in 2 bedrooms and the se powerpoints need to be connected to the house's electricity. House is all wooden structure. Both bedrooms have interior and exterior walls. House is on stilts. - Due date: Flexible

Need full prep and painting ie undercoat and 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield to highest house at Manly west. Please note that we need a tradie who is licensed, insured etc so please don't give us expired QBCC numbers. Very flexible with timing. This is a rental property so access to view is difficult but you are welcome to initially look online etc. thanks heaps for looking Please note that a new roof and gutters went on approx 10 months ago. - Due date: Flexible
