The house is a rental. The walls are in good condition but need to be cleaned from ceiling height to skirting boards. It is a four bedroom and two bathroom house. It will require someone who is fit and energetic with an eye for detail.

Need painting of freshly finished roof in kitchen and bathroom- these have been sanded ready for painting. Then also need bathroom walls painted which are existing- will need prep and paint.

We have done 2 coats of paint however due to trying to patch the light fittings need one last coat of paint. We will provide the paint. And one roller and paint brush. Approximate area 60 square meters. Flat plaint finish including cornices.
