We had a ceiling fan installed, however, it was placed by the contractor in the wrong position so we have had the ceiling fan removed but now have a rough patch job on the ceiling that needs to be properly addressed per below: 1. Clean walls of 2 bedrooms in an apartment NB there is some mould spotting on some of the walls. Experienced cleaners only, will need PPE - gloves glasses mask etc. I did this a couple of months ago, it took approx 2 hours. Mould is very recent, due to high moisture in the air from the rain of recent weeks. Needs a good scrub.
