Need to repair my wood table top due to burnt. I have some colours on hand, sand paper and also protection spray for wood.

Some paint has come off my wall when I took a command strip down, I need it fixed as this is a rental

I am moving into my new house and noticed that the built in wardrobe has some mold stained walls and chipped paint inside.
