Find an experienced local painter in McDowall

We are selling our house. There are small locations around the house where paint has come off the walls. We want these repaired if needed and painted the same colour as the wall. Attached are some examples.

Need 2 panels on the front of our 2 story house painted. Panels are approx 1.5 x 5m each. Between 1st and 2nd level so will need your own ladder. Paint will be provided.

Dogs have scratched paint from a couple of bedroom doors and frames which I require painting for. I will have the paint but you will need anything else required for the job like brush, undercoat (if required) sandpaper, drop sheet etc.

Our bathroom ceiling needs a bit of maintenance work. The ceiling wall paper is peeling off and there is some mould. It needs a good clean. Prefer someone with professional experience, or someone who is confident in completing this sort of task. - Due date: Flexible
