My balcony railing has been prepped for repainting (rust has been scraped off and treated with rust guard), but the previous painter did a poor job (loose paint, incorrect color). I need this repainting job done. I will supply the correct paint (matched to the existing color). I need someone to: - Thoroughly scrape off all remaining loose paint. - Apply a rust-inhibitive primer (similar to Dulux Metalshield rust primer) to all prepared metal surfaces (I can supply this). - Apply a fresh coat of the supplied paint to the railing.
