Remove mould on 2 bathroom ceilings. Location Melton West 3338

Paint the full house (walls + ceiling + window & door frames) 3 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 meal, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 laundry. The house is approx 110 sqm floor area in total. Also need to paint underside of the eaves around the house.

Patch 3 cracks in Ceiling approximately 4mts in total. Re paint affected area.

3.5 W x 2.5 H Plain white wall, wallpaper will be supplied

Looking for someone to paint backyard concrete floor. Involves cleaning and painting the concrete surface. Attachments include images of the backyard area for reference. Note: Paint will be supplied by me.

This job had been partially completed however due to time constraints and illness we haven’t been able to finish the job. Our skirting boards as well as the trim around our windows/door frames and the doors themselves need to be painted. It is only in our entrance hallway, living room and dining room that need to be completed. The doors have already been removed from hinges and sanded back. They just need to be primed with one coat of primer before painting. The skirting boards and trim will need to be lightly sanded back and coated with one coat of primer before painting also. All primer, paint, tape, rollers, paint trays sand paper & electric sander will be supplied and available for you to use. This needs to be completed by Thursday as we have custom blinds being installed on Friday. We are looking for someone with attention to detail and ideally a portfolio of prior painting work completed.

Holes don't seem to match up with the boards, need help finishing it off, fine if you need to make the holes yourself, just the top of the desk needs to be finished - Due date: Before Thursday, 25 January 2024
