I've had some water damage to the ceiling, photos attached. The area it encompasses is less than approximately 2m x 1m. A down light is also in the area. Looking for a plasterer to replace this area with a new sheet, patch up and sand. No paint required. Any questions please let me know.

Need some areas to be fix for wall touch up. I have attached pictures for for reference need to be done over this weekend, i do have paint with me.

Recently had a hole made in the wall. I have since patched up the wall. I now however need to repaint that wall to finish the job. The wall is 6m (L)x 2.7m (H). There is one door way in that wall which does not need to be painted. None of the wood work needs to be painted Looking for a skilled painter that will be able to do the job.

1x Bedroom skirtings to be installed 2.50x3m not too big I have other small work also that needs some looking at.
