Looking for a plasterer who can skim coat 4 bathroom walls (10 square metres total) to get rid of the current wall texture (see images). Would love the final walls to be finished so that we could paint directly on without any further sanding / prep.

There is a some paint chipped in my apartment. I need someone to come and swatch the paint for the right shade and just paint over the chipped area.

One bedroom ceiling plasterboard fix (less than 1 square meters) and painting , living room ceiling painting and maybe in bathroom ceiling too. Bathroom joinery needs to tighten screws.
