Outdoor metal poles need a sand as they are peeling and then need to be painted with appropriate metal paint.

Fill, sand and paint weatherboards to look as new. Fill the cracks in the ends of the weather boards and repaint to look finished. Boards are on the first story and wrap one corner of the house only. Part of this is accessible from the first story balcony. *Paint will be provided.

Sand and paint three deck areas as per photos. One at front of house one large and small narrow section at rear and one upstairs on front deck. Clean and oil a small back wooden deck. Deck is approx 3m x 3m. Deck and Decking oil supplied as pictured.

Sand a redgum dining table that is 2M x 1M back to it's original wood. You will need to have experience in sanding furniture. Preferably a sander that has a bag to capture the sawdust. It will need to be sanded with a medium to rough sandpaper then a fine sandpaper. The table will be moved outside for you to sand it. The entire table must be sanded, table top, sides and legs. Need an exposed ceiling spray painted black in a commercial shop. Other paint job available as well but at this stage need the ceiling done first. Approx 100sqm, need half done this week and other half end of next week when other part of ceiling replastered. Colour will be black and you will need to supply.
