Looking for quotes to reconfigure upstairs from 2 bed 2 bath to 3 bedrooms. See attached basic sketches please. Newmarket Brisbane 4051. The paint on the bathroom ceiling is peeling and needs to be sanded back and repainted. A ladder would be needed for access as the ceiling are about 2.5/3m high. I can provide the undercoat and paint. It is a small bathroom.
