Looking for someone to paint the fence and carport around the property

It's a book shelf with glass front and side panels. No previous paint, was varnished a deep redwood / brown colour that has now been stripped off. However, will possibly require a stain blocker for a clean finish. Want it painted in white, possibly eggshell finish. I have room externally where it can be set up for a professional to set up their spray painting equipment.
