We need 2 small porch ceilings painted. It’s been a very long time since they were painted. There is concrete under the paint (we are in a ground floor unit). There is some peeling/bubbling as shown in pics. A ceiling fan was recently installed on one porch and the holes need to be patched there. Porches are 3.3x1.5 and 2.3x1.5.
