Need to complete unfinished painting job on litchen

I have a hole in the wall approximately 300mm in diameter and a hole in ceiling approximately 100mm which need patching and re painting.

Had kitchen ceiling removed, leaving battens and timber framing. Need new ceiling put in with basic cornice. Some clean up of old cornice cement needed. Everything up until painting stage, which I will do myself. Ceiling area is 11sqm

The ceiling was previously painted and has not been sealed properly (apparently). The ceiling is peeling in all rooms and will need to be stripped and repainted please. The total ceiling areas is 49 square metres. Thank you.

We need 2 small porch ceilings painted. It’s been a very long time since they were painted. There is concrete under the paint (we are in a ground floor unit). There is some peeling/bubbling as shown in pics. A ceiling fan was recently installed on one porch and the holes need to be patched there. Porches are 3.3x1.5 and 2.3x1.5. Also there’s some minor peeling in various places inside the unit see pics. I’d like these patched up too.
