I am renovating a 1970's house that has metal window frames that are a bit worn and rusted and need to be restored, including the replacement of the window winders (which would require a little handy-work in reattaching them). The project is a multi-step process: 1) scour the frames x 28 windows (with metal scourer to remove paint and rust) 2) spray frames with rust prevention spray 3) adding gap fill where necessary 4) spray paint frames 5) replace window winders x 13 winders *I will supply the scourers, rust prevention spray, spray pain and window winders - Due date: Flexible

Option for full exterior and/or full interior of 4 BR, 2 storey town house in North Shore. Exterior is a mixture of vertical weather board and Render. 40% of exterior is brickwork. Interior has various dings and scrapes that need fixing. Ideally you can choose all or part of the job depending on skills and availablity. Wanting job done asap for property sale.
