Find an experienced local painter in Northcote

I need a handyman/jack of all trades to help me for a day. I'm prepping my house for sale, and have lots of small simple tasks I need help with. ie (weather permitting): Replace latch on side gate, fix sagging, One coat of paint on front fence Some sanding and painting

Wash and clean the deck. Then oil and coat. House sits on 150 metre block and deck wraps around the body of the house on one side only. Must be done on a Sunny day ideally on a weekend so may need some flexibility around weather conditions.

Need 3 x dings/scratches in the wall patched and painted, 2 x more marks painted over, and one damaged skirting patched and painted. I have the paint already. (damage from moving new fridge in)

Hello! We are looking to gather some quotes and get an idea of what’s involved for the repair of a few dents and scratches in drywall. We are having trouble getting our bond back and believe these should be fair wear and tear but would like to explore getting them repaired. We would need an invoice for works completed as well as a proper business quote prior to works to be able to send to the real estate agent. Photos attached. I have the following items that require a repaint from their current colours. 2 x triangle timber bookshelves on wheels (approx 2m L x 1.5m H) 1 x large white table square table (approx 1.5m square) 1 x red kids table (80x60x50cm) I need each one repainted into new colours for a shop popup. They can be collected and completed offsite as there wont be much room to sand and re-paint in their current location. Price excludes paint

We have a very small section on our wall that has been damaged. We need someone to plaster it and repaint it. Matching paint is provided, but must supply own tools and paint brush.

Need the back deck cleaned and stained. There is an external office with wood panels that will also need the same work done. The decking may need some minor repairs (nailed down again for loose boards). There is an outside storage shelves and sink that will need to have the items removed to clean and stain this area as well. It’s approx 40m2 for the deck and much smaller for be office. Airtasker will need to bring equipment and materials.

The external wood cladding, door and window frames of my 3br single level house needs oiling (see pics). Built 4 years ago. You will need to obtain the required timber oil, to be discussed and agreed on (and I will reimburse you).
