Find an experienced local painter in Norwood SA

The floor level in our entrance room is ~7mm higher than the hallway, and I need it sanded down about 7mm for the rooms to align. The entrance room will then be covered with cement sheeting, so the finish only needs to be a rough finish (no need to fine sand). The entrance room is about 10m square.

Stain from our dog weeing on it. I tried to remove with vinegar and bicarb which made it a bit better but would love for it to be gone. It’s a milk & sugar NZ wool rug.
