Would like rust sanded ,treated and touched up to avoid further damage (Have paint from previous bonnet respray)

Previous owners apparently didn't use proper deck paint so it's now peeling and wearing away in spots, so needs to be sanded back and repainted. Due to improper original paint there is also a small patch near the drain pipe that has started to rot, so likely will need to be removed/chipped out and filled with wood filler. No structural damage though, just surface rot. Deck is approx 4.3m X 2.05m, rot patch is about 20cm X 5cm. Happy to purchase the supplies/paint you will need or for you to supply the materials for an additional charge. Have included photos of the deck as is, the patch of rot and from real estate listing to show full size.

We are renovating upstairs. We need some holes/dents patched and plaster repaired where wardrobe and skirting ripped paper. Also want a stairwell expansion joint moved to line up with the other expansion joints. Just go over one bedroom, stairwell, stair landing and small walk in wardrobe and just top coat any imperfections before we get a painter in.

We urgently need someone to get these stains out. Had a tiny blood stain and tried to clean it with stain remover which didn’t work, had it professionally cleaned and all these random stains have appeared. Is there anyone out there who can get these stains out? 🙏🏻

I need part of my bathroom re-plastered. All wall's will be tiled The existing plaster is staying on. The full height wall is 2400 high x 1800 wide. Parts of the other walls need doing and just that little bit on the bottom of one wall. I've attached photos. The timber in the wall and ceiling will be removed by me and that will need to be plastered also. I need this done on Saturday the 20th of January or 21st of January.
