Wooden fence approx 8 ft high. Require 2 coats of cabots protective coating, brown colour (not clear). Total area approx 80 sqm.

Paint 11 exterior windows gloss black ( 3 large and 8 small). 3 of the windows on the blind size of the house need re-puttying in places.

Patch faded flooring by sanding the affected area lightly and applying a new coat of varnish. Scratches or damaged areas can be repaired by sanding out the damaged area, applying wood filler, and then sanding lightly before applying varnish.

Repair of 3 x holes in plaster with sizes - 20cm x 22cm 5cm x 6cm 2cm x 2cm and also - 8cm x 5cm hole in timber skirting board 3cm x 2cm hole in timber architrave 8cm x 2cm hole in timber architrave Note - No painting required. I am happy to do final sanding myself to save you needing to come back. Please see photos.

We have two metal door frames that attach to old front doors we are refurbishing. They have thick black glossy paint on them (chipped and shabby). Looking for someone to fully paint strip them, and repaint in matte black.

Would need some paint fixes to be done on the upper storey of a 2 storey townhouse. The upper storey corner trims/ set edges (about 16x) and 2 of the windows corner profiles need to be painted. The window corner cladding above one of windows has warped which needs fixing. Highlighted in the photo. Need a quote to perform the painting of the set edges and window corner profiles in the upper storey. Also fix the warped wood panel. The weatherboard panels are in good condition and don't need to be painted.
