Sheets have already been hung. They just need to be stopped up. Ensuite is 3.6m x 1.6m and its villa board. It has full height tiles so no need for final coat. Bedroom has 3 small bulkheads and two nib walls plus 4 ceiling separated by beams that need to be finish off. Please note, walls have timber sheet cladding so no need for plaster. I need someone professional with industrial-grade equipment and chemicals to remove the oil stain from an unsealed concrete driveway. The stain has been there for a while (two pictures) and I’ve already tried degreaser with car pressure washer. Need mention of chemicals/product/ or experience and some sort of reassurance that it can be done. Additionally, I need the pipe in the picture to be fixed.
