The contracted renderer has health issues and is unable to complete the job. The work remaining, as shown in the photos, includes adjustments to the headers of three porches, finishing the underside of the foam, and completing the final color coat. All materials will be supplied by us. This is estimated to be a two-day job for one person and must be completed before 20/12/2024. The pay is $500 per day.

We're looking for a painter to paint our stairwell, living area and also our kitchen cabinetry. The living area is open plan kitchen and living. Ceiling is already painted in the living area. I need the ceilings of my small (57 metres squared ceiling wiped to remove smoke odour from airbnb guest. No yellow stains or mould - just odour control. Hi I'm needing someone urgently as I'm moving out of a rental and owner is letting me do the job. There is a small-medium hole that will need to be patched and painted. In addition in another room I have a small missing paint patch that needs painting. Also I have where the deadlock of door is needs to be removed and patched where the screws are and paint over.
