Looking for an experienced waterproofer. All materials and costs should be included in price. Parapet wall of end terrace needs to be cleaned, repaired, waterproofed and painted. It is an end terrace and the drop to the ground level is too high for ladder, so you will probably need a safety rope. After repair and waterproofing the new section needs to be painted (I have the paint). Length of wall / parapet is about 35M. See pics of the wall and closeups of some cracks.

I need a professional painter to patch/repair and paint two apartment walls. Both walls have multiple points of damage from where artwork has been mounted. The wall surface needs to be returned to an unblemished finish (as far as possible). You’ll need to bring your own ladder and all equipment. The ladder must not be taller than 2m or it won’t fit in the lift. I will supply the paint. The building does not have parking, you’ll need to find your own parking on the street. Painting a studio apartment. With 3m high ceilings. Place is currently empty

walls originally white and then painted with two layers of domino black. Needs to go back to WHITE throughout. Ceilings do not need to be done. Just the three walls. The clinic will have no equipment in there and will already be cleaned by that point so just need the painting to be done to bring it back to its original state. Likely a day job. Note that there are some bubbling from heat on one of the walls which would require some scraping to bring it back to a smooth surface so as to paint over effectively.

Paint my flat white, current walls/ceiling are cream but they need a freshen up

We have four awnings that we would like to paint (three are the same size and 1 is slightly smaller). I've attached a picture of the awnings as they are now with orange paint and a mock up of how we would like them to be painted with green and cream stripes. We can supply the paint if needed.

We have recently installed a new air conditioning unit in our property, which has necessitated the cutting of an opening in the ceiling. As a result of this installation, we now require professional services to patch and repair the gyprock ceiling where the opening has been made. Patch stracthes in a wall by paint or whatever means necessary so that that scratch is camouflaged and blended in with the rest of the wall.
