I need to paint the upper level of a townhouse, including 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, linen, stairs area, stairs balustrade, all doors; excluding ensuite ( it will be tiled) and wardrobe (they are glass sliding doors); remove 1 door curtain rail, and fix a couple of minor holes in the wall.

I need two bathrooms waterproofed one at a time to keep one live. The sand bed has been jackhammered up and I can see the original. The floor will need a sand to make perfect. If you can do the floor sand bed for grading level too let me know. Will need a cert for waterproofing Thank
