The apartment sunroom floor needs to be cleaned. It’s fully tiled so they’ll need to be swept, washed (potentially steamed?) and scrubbed. The only thing that will be in the sunroom at the time of cleaning will be a table with some storage items on it, which will remain and you do not need to touch. The area is only accessible via the apartment. The size and layout can be seen in the attached image whereby there are 5 windows (highlighted in orange) and 3 doors (highlighted in red). Tasker will need their own equipment. Flexible on time/date. Access to power points available. On-street parking only. There is drainage as well as a tap in the sunroom too.

A bathroom ceiling needs to be painted

Removal of gyprock sheets from the ceiling of a 1 bedroom apartment approx 40sqm. Work will include bedroom, bathroom and combined living / kitchen, plus one bulk head in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. Looking to start demo asap. For clarity, I have included images with the areas to be removed in red in the edited images.

We need someone to paint the outside of the balcony, and the floor. It has a lot of bird poo and looking very shabby. Want to feshen it up with some paint, will need a quick pre-scrub just to clean it. We will buy the paint from Bunnings. Please be able to quote from looking at the pictures. Should be a quick fast task.

Prepare walls and paint stairwell walls ( not ceiling) with 2 coats of paint to be supplied. The wall height varies from c2 1/2 metres to c7 metres in places. You will need the appropriate ladder set up. There are 2 sets of wide stairs that go first to a landing and then to the main hallway - see photos.

I need the front and back chimneys, and the top storey exterior of my terrace house painted. I have the paint - Dulux Weathershield. You can see by the photos that most of the painting has been done, but could not be continued due to a lack of scaffolding. Flatmate placed burning candle next to wall. Hence, black smoke marks on wall and part of ceiling gone dark. Wall needs painting 3 x 3m. Color: Antique White. Ceiling approx 1.5x 1.5m. Color: Ceiling white. There are also 10x stubborn double-sided tapes residue that needs to be remove prior to painting. As well, some stubborn stickers on door needs to be remove.
