We have moved into a 2 Bedroom unit. The floor is freshly carpeted. The wooden floor makes squeaky noise in bedrooms, corridor and half of living room. Repair needs to be done from below. I have attached photo of house plan with area to he repaired marked in red.

Updated details of the space: Looking for someone who's a bit flexible on schedule, can work after hours or on the weekend to repaint walls, 1 beam (metal) and portion of ceiling (stainless duct). It's 3x3 meters room, for 4 rooms. The paint is currently gray, to paint it to white or cream to brighten the space. Must have ABN & can issue invoice. Thank you.

Need someone who can do this Friday the 2nd or sat the 3rd - just had brand new carpet in the rooms so would need you to put drop sheets etc and be super careful. need some touch up painting done in Ringwood , cupboards and a few marks and scratches - I have the colour of paint it’s a white , not sure how much this costs? Might be easier meeting on site to go through it all.

Hi Airtaskers. I'm in search of painters to paint my 3-bedroom single storey unit that is currently lived in. Attached floorplan. The blue area is carpeted and does not require drop sheets as we'll be replacing all the carpet once paint job is done. However, drop sheets will be required on non-blue areas. The wood elements are all currently painted with an oil-based paint, and we want to convert it to water-based paint. Please provide an offer for to include the following: • Patching, gap filling, washing down surfaces as required. • Sand all wood elements (trims, architraves, doors, door frames etc) • Supply of material.
