The blue area is carpeted and does not require drop sheets as we'll be replacing all the carpet once paint job is done. However, drop sheets will be required on non-blue areas. The wood elements are all currently painted with an oil-based paint, and we want to convert it to water-based paint. Apartment is 81 sqm in total, comprised of 2 bedrooms approx 21 sqm together, kitchen and living area 47 sqm, and the remainder being entry, bathroom, toilet and cupboard. The whole apartment is empty, no furniture to move or cover, no floor coverings (carpet removed). Skirting boards in bedrooms being replaced by 23 April. Painting can start after that.
