I need to remove a water based paint that is applied to a ceramic floor area. Total area is around 7 square meters. Photos of the paint type used is attached. The tiles were painted this grey color 15 months ago.

Need repair on two damage spots in my ceiling - this is in my garage refer to the photos. 1. A visible hole 2. Damage spot at the corner of the ceiling including the damage skirting 3.
