The bathroom's original marble tiles have been covered with glossy paint. I need someone to remove the paint so that the marble tiles can be seen again.

3 painting tasks: 1. Paint window frames (no priming required). 3 windows, only 1 needs entire frame painted. The other 2 require touch up. 2. Patch plasterboard ceiling, and paint patched area. 3. Remove flaking paint to bathroom ceiling. Prime. Paint ceiling and walls to tile datum at 2m. All paint provided. Please inspect and provide a quote that then will reviewed by strata and paid on the completion. You will have to have a public liability insurance. 1 bedroom strata unit (35 sqm ceiling). Livingroom, Bedroom, Hallway, Bathroom (no ornament), Kitchen Scrap off old patches of paint, smoothen surfaces, sand, dust off, patch and plaster where applicable sand again between the coats. Apply block stain sealer/primer to surfaces of previously water damage. Dust off and paint the ceiling 2 coats white dulux paint. And properly fix the patch in the bathroom ceiling. Clean up and wipe the walls on completion. Please see in the attached images of the current state and what finish I expect.

The apartment is 31 square metres so very small and it is just areas which have marks in the bedroom and the living room walls.

Looking for someone to paint my 2 bedroom apartment (interior only). It’s a 105 square metre apartment, floor plan pictured, with 2 bedrooms (one with a study enclave), 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room/dining room, hallway. Areas to be painted include ceilings, walls, woodwork (eg skirting boards, 6 window frames, 5 interior doors / doorframes , front door). The condition is generally good, but there are chips on some of the woodwork and some patches on the ceiling where the current paint is peeling. Current colour is white, and the new colour will be light blue, with white ceilings/woodwork. Process would include prepping the walls, applying primer/undercoat, then applying 2 coats of paint. The house is occupied but all walls will be bare and all furniture moved to the centre of the room for the duration of the painting. Residents will move out of the house for the painting period. I can provide paint/primer/sugar soap - although open to quotes that provide an ‘all in’ cost including paint etc, if you have access to trade discounts. You will need to bring dropcloths and paint brushes. I have included a picture of the floor plan and some pictures of the apartment for context, as well as close ups of the areas that are in the worst condition (most of the apartment is in good condition).

Paint 1 bedroom unit in Rushcutters Bay. Includes whole unit and wardrobes and bathroom cabinet. Has high ceilings and picture rails. All in one colour. You must provide the paint - Dulux natural white. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 19 August 2023
