Approx 50sqm of spotted gum. Needs a light sand, nails punched and oiled.

I have an old Queenslander that needs the walls to be prepped for a painter. It needs gap filling, minor hole filling (where switches have been removed) sanding and some minor timber patching. Happy to pay an hourly rate.
