Paint is already paid for and ready to go. - Just the walls and the interior sides of 1 door need painting (happy for you to use wall paint provided on the door). Bathroom is tiled up until about 1.5m high so will obviously need a lot less paint ditto for a fair bit of the kitchen. - Wall measurements are in the photo provided, ceilings are the usual height for a small 1970's unit I presume.
