Hello! I have a job to paint one ceiling (in a bedroom) and three full walls (not the whole room) photos attached. We will supply the paint and (if required) primer. In the bedroom you will need to work around the bed and the wardrobe as they are very heavy and cannot be moved.

Need 2 small decks sanding read to prep for oil/sealing. Merbau wood is fresh wood never been coated before but has been weathered a little. Both decks have had 3 coats of “ultra deck clean” scrubs already but some marks are being stubborn.

I need 2 rooms painted. Both rooms have wall sections that are tiled or have wardrobe or have doors (so painting those is not necessary) Dimensions as follows: > Kitchen (paint above the black tiling) - room dimensions 6m x 4m including painting the ceiling > Hallway - 4.5 x 2.8m (includes wardrobe area and half of one side is glass windows. Paint will be supplied. Thank you

Sun 17 Nov - Tues 18 Nov Require a painter/ handyman to oil 2 wall faces as pictured. 1 wall needs sanding and 2 coats 1 wall needs just needs 1 coat Sikkens oil provided. Can also provide electric sander and brushes if need. 👍🏻 Tight time frame needing it done Sun 17 - Tues 19 Nov due to blocking our AirBNB studio so this work can happen. Painting lounge and hallway . No repairs ,no patching or sanding. Just need it rolled on . In lounge room Paint 1 more coat vivid white over panels and over plaster walls ,roll up to Cornice line ,no cutting into cornices . Undercoat white on windows in lounge then coats enamel white. 2 doors 2 coats vivid white rolled on . In hallway Paint 2 coats white vivid white over panels and over plaster walls, roll up to Cornice line no cutting into cornices . white enamel on window entry internal only . 3 doors and archs , 2 coats each with white ,internal to hallway only . No skirts . Carpet being replaced so no drop sheets needed . Paint is on sight ready . Rollers ,brushes and ladders are all there if you need to use my tools . Retired pensioner unable to complete due to health .

About 15 metres wide x 2 metres high of external timber cladding, needing probably 2 coats of Tung oil applied. - Due date: Flexible

End of lease - holes from picture hooks 1 x hole in living room to be repaired and painted 1 x hook in living room to be removed and patch/paint 2 x hook in bedroom to be removed and patch/paint I have the matching paint :) Must be done before Monday 15 January. Preference after 12pm Monday because that’s after the furniture has been taken out. Please bring a drop sheet to protect the floors and a ladder - if you need it.
