Painting garage cililing and skim coating some filler on a few areas before paint. I hab epaint already.

Pool fence to to be painted Casper white. It’s an old bamboo style fence which has been painted a brown colour I think by previous owners. It’s approx 16m long and 1,2-1.8 high in areas. Not sure if it needs priming or two coats, happy for it to be sprayed but will need something put behind it so spray doesn’t go through gaps and damage neighbours fencing.

There is an exterior garden set of wooden gates with two vertical poles painted and the rest stained. I would like 1) the gates patched 2) gates made to open and close more easily (they stick a little) 3) the 2 poles repainted 4) the remaining gate wood pictured in the photos (approx 3.5m across and max height 2.7m) restained (so that includes the two small shelves too). 5) you'll need to supply the stain and the small amount of black paint for the 2 timbers (perhaps you can suggest a stain for this job you'd choose!) I'll be there next weekend (Friday Apr 26 to 28), but otherwise my parents will be available too. This is a job I'd like to pay for to help my pensioner parents as they're not able to look after their home :(...

Need painting done on exterior timber window frames and door frame / architraves. Some flaking paint etc so would like them properly cleaned / sanded / prepped. 4 Window frames approx 1.2 x 1.8m. And 2 smaller timber windows for bathroom and toilet. Most windows are a couple of metres above ground level so will need ladders / planks etc. Potentially more work to follow. I will supply paint. Crack to the right above exterior window needing to be repaired on exterior wall. Water currently getting through causing staining on timbers. Accessibility for wall is tight and high up on wall, which is the reason for needing help and not tackling myself Height from ground to crack approx 5m. With approx 1m to boundary fence. Possibly accessible via roof above.

I currently have a wide archway in my kitchen, I need one end to be made narrower (approx 50cm) as a bench top is going in against it. Happy to provide pictures. I’d like the arch shape maintained - Due date: Before Monday, 1 August 2022
