Need to get two small black stains out of wood floor. Think it may require sanding and then re glossing, or open to other suggestions

I am looking for a reliable and professional painter to complete the painting of my 2 bedroom apartment. The job was started by another painter, but they have not completed the task. The open plan living/ dining area, hallway and bathroom ceiling need to be done from scratch. The bedrooms have been partially done, one requires a second coat and the other some minor touch ups. I would ideally like this to be completed ASAP and can be flexible with timing/ access to the unit. Please let me know if you’re available. The apartment is on level 2 with stair access. Visitor parking available. I do not currently have the paint. Can supply this for the job or have it provided by you. Negotiable on price.

We are renovating a 3 bedroom house in Surry Hills - we've painted all of the walls ourselves and some of the trim, but are running short on time before we have carpets installed Thursday. We would like for an experienced painter to come in and finish up the trim jobs - baseboards, cornices, windows, stair railing. All same shade of white as the walls. It's an old house with bumpy walls so we don't expect perfection.

A small trip and a couple of scratches need to be sanded off with 200 then 400 grit sandpaper and then reapplied paint to object. If you have a orbital sander, that would be the best Paint and sandpaper / disk will be supplied and payed for in a spray can but you will need to pick it up from your local inspiration paints. they are also a couple of little pinholes that will need to be filled with a 5 minute epoxy pack that you can buy from Bunnings for two dollars and then paint it over If you're interested in job, it would be best for us talk on the phone so I can explain what needs to happen but all in all you would be looking at about one hours worth of work
