Also a new compound wall is constructed , which at the moment is rendered and you need to paint the same. Similarly at the back, there is a garden bed which was also acrylic rendered, that you need to paint Let me know the quotes for you to supply the material and paint or I procure the material that you specify and you do the paining and you will get all the necessary stuff to do the job.

Require proper repair and re-enforcement of the small areas displayed in the picture. Needs to be properly fixed so it is strong enough to support new blinds that will be installed in this area. Also require touch up after work is done with paint. Paint will be provided but you may need to bring your own brush.
