Fully furnished apartment but furnishings, fabrics, carpet and paint don't live up to marble floors and nice finishes. Just need to change a few things to get this pad looking great. Applicants must have portfolio or designs to show off their talents. A few requirements as far a living but looking for a non-cluttered high end livable apartment. Attached pictures show current furnishings, etc. The image looks better than the actual apartment so in person is an important aspect. Don't require mood boards, 3D plans, etc. Just need someone to know what color to paint, what fabrics to use and finally what final pieces to make the place look coordinated. (hmm is this a mood board? lol) Of course also need to know we can source the specified required items and materials and know that they fit into some sort of reasonable costs.
