Wooden ceiling needs a good clean from dust and cobwebs. Needs to be done in a way so as to not get dust / debris on furniture etc. A good vacuum and wipe down would be ideal. Would be a bonus (but not essential) if you can seal some of the gaps in the ceiling from the exterior of house. Approx 100sqm of timber ceiling, approx 2.3 metres high which can be easily reached using a ladder.

Install a section of ceiling plaster and repair a small section of cornice to fill in gap left behind from the removal of the old ceiling fan (29cm diameter). Apply base coat, and get it smooth and ready for sanding and finishing....i will paint it at a later date.
