Current bath tub has been attempted to be resurfaced poorly before with current paint chips and slight rusting. Looking for proper resurfacing of the bath.

I need to patch paint bathroom wall tiles and door. The tiles in the bathroom were painted in light blue, some of the paint came off and needs to be patched up.
